You have an integrated approach to creating communicative visual designs rooted in creativity with a strategic foundation. With a natural talent, you present your impactful ideas and creative solutions persuasively to our clients. You are responsible for complete brand projects and campaigns, showing strong leadership and direction in all project stages while maintaining high quality and optimizing the creative design process.
You can independently lead fast-paced projects, but you also enjoy going that extra mile to execute projects with determination to perfection. You are not just a great listener, but a champion in storytelling and experienced in collaborating with film directors or creative producers in integrated projects. You understand that it's all about the user experience (online and offline) and how to shape your concepts around it. Your English is fluent (written and spoken), as is your Dutch. Since we work with global clients and a global team, you must be able to work successfully remotely.
You are our colleague who can convert strategic branding into targeted marketing campaigns. Here you have a strategic vision that you translate and present. You will develop a campaign together with a creative team in which you take a critical look at design and will stay focussed on strategic communication. You co-work with the customer and organize your projects yourself in terms of budget, team and timings. You are responsible for conversion, optimization of campaigns and adjust these independently after analysis.
